This policy explains how Helios Srls handles personal data collected through the website heliosdigital.ai. It does not cover the Helios product: data processed by the product for our customers is governed by the customer agreement and data processing agreement.

2. What we collect and why

Browsing data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, page requested and response status. We use it only to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 10 years.

Emails you send us. If you write to hello@heliosdigital.ai or investors@heliosdigital.ai, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to discuss using or investing in Helios. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 10 years after the last exchange.

We do not use the website to profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Cookies

The website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Who receives the data

Only providers that run the website and our email for us, acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR: Google (Firebase Hosting) and Google (Google Workspace). We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 15–22 GDPR). Write to hello@heliosdigital.ai.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
